For this reason, we have organised the processing and saving of your personal data and implemented the requisite technical measures so as to ensure your application is confidential. All of the staff of our personnel department and our software partner are personally obligated to maintain confidentiality concerning personal data. Data transfer is secure as it occurs with an automatically activated 128-bit encryption. Otherwise, data processing occurs in accordance with current general data security standards.

We save your title, family name, first name, postal address, email address and telephone numbers in our database of candidates exclusively for use as part of your application. We also record your covering letter, curriculum vitae, professional and educational certificates, and work references. We will evaluate, process and internally forward such data exclusively within this procedure. Only our staff in the personnel department and the individuals at va-Q-tec AG responsible for selection will have access to such saved data. In no instance do we forward your data to companies or individuals outside our company or utilise them for other purposes. However, we may process the data for statistical purposes, while at the same time excluding the possibility of drawing conclusions about individual persons.

You can write to us to request information about which data about you are saved. Please address such requests to our personnel department. At your request, we will delete your electronically saved data at any time.

When you start work for us, we will transfer your personal data to your personnel file. The data we save about unsuccessful candidates are deleted around three months after the conclusion of the application procedure (profile and application). No separate communication is made concerning the deletion of such data. If we are unable to offer you a suitable job as part of your application, after corresponding notification we reserve the right to allocate your application to the talent pool. In this instance, you can demand that your data be deleted immediately at any time. Applications we allocate to the talent pool are deleted after 12 months.

Right to information and revocation

At any time you can be sent information free-of-charge about which of your personal data we save. You can also contact us at any time concerning the correction, blocking or deletion of such data.
